Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on ARIA servers.

We only access information you explicitly authorize us to access.
How ARIA handles Google data
ARIA includes integrations with Google APIs. This section exists specifically to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
What Google Data We Process

You choose which properties and accounts to connect. ARIA accesses only what you connect, and nothing else in your Google Account.
How Google Data Is Used
Google-derived data is used only to provide services requested by the account owner, including:
- Ranking and visibility reporting
- Content and optimization recommendations
- Performance attribution and client reporting
- Technical and content auditing
ARIA does not:
- sell Google user data
- license Google user data
- use Google user data to serve or target advertising
- use Google user data to train generalized AI models
- build competitor intelligence products from Google user data
- transfer Google user data to any third party except as described below
Human Access to Google Data
ARIA does not allow humans to read Google user data except: with your explicit consent, for a specific purpose you have approved; where necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse or a suspected incident; where required to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized so that it no longer identifies you or your business.
Google Data Retention and Deletion
- Active connections: retained while the Google integration remains connected
- Disconnected integrations: OAuth tokens deleted immediately; Google-derived data deleted from active systems within 30 days
- Account deletion: all Google user data deleted within 30 days
- Backup systems: encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days
- Legal retention: data may be retained longer only where legally required
You may disconnect any Google integration at any time from your ARIA account settings. You may also revoke ARIA's access directly through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion, email privacy@ariaseo.ai.
Limited Use
ARIA's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, ARIA does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features you have enabled, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition where the data remains subject to this policy.
How ARIA handles Amazon data
ARIA includes integrations with Amazon SP-API and related Amazon services. This section exists specifically to comply with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy requirements.

When connected, ARIA may process:
- Product catalog data
- Listing information
- Advertising performance
- Inventory and pricing data
- Aggregate review metrics
- Refund and return information
- Sales and operational analytics
ARIA does not collect unnecessary customer-identifiable Amazon buyer information.
How Amazon Data Is Used
Amazon-derived data is used only to provide services requested by the account owner, including:
- Analytics and reporting
- Optimization recommendations
- AI-generated operational insights

- Refund recovery workflows
ARIA does not:
- sell Amazon data
- license Amazon data

Amazon Data Retention
