These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ARIA. By using the platform, you agree to the responsibilities, limitations, and usage policies outlined below.

These Terms apply to all users of ARIA, including agencies, ecommerce operators, contractors, and enterprise teams accessing the platform through ariaseo.ai.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies referenced within them.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ARIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of ARIA after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Platform
You agree to use ARIA only for lawful business purposes.
You may not:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform
- Access systems or accounts without authorization
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute ARIA access without written approval
ARIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
- Securing devices and systems used to access ARIA
- Ensuring your team members comply with these Terms
ARIA is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account information.

Payments & Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to provide accurate billing information
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
ARIA reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

05.
Refund Policy
ARIA offers a 14-day refund window for first-time monthly subscribers only.
Refund eligibility does not apply to:
- Annual plans after activation
- Accounts with excessive API or automation usage
- Repeat refund requests
- Accounts violating platform policies
Refund requests are reviewed manually to prevent platform abuse and fraudulent usage.

Data & Platform Use
You retain ownership of your business data.
By using ARIA, you grant us limited rights necessary to:
- Process your data
- Generate insights and reporting
- Improve platform functionality
- Support connected integrations and workflows
ARIA does not claim ownership of your client, campaign, or operational data.

AI & Execution Disclaimer
ARIA provides insights, recommendations, workflow suggestions, and execution guidance using automation and AI-assisted systems.
However:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- Recommendations should be reviewed before implementation
- ARIA does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes
- Platform outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
You remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.

Third-Party Integrations
ARIA integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Amazon, Shopify, analytics providers, AI systems, and ecommerce services.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party platforms
- External API limitations or downtime
- Data inaccuracies originating from external systems
- Policy changes imposed by connected services
Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

Intellectual Property
All ARIA software, branding, workflows, interface systems, documentation, and platform assets remain the property of STI USA, LLC.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce platform systems
- Modify or distribute proprietary platform assets
- Use ARIA branding without written permission
- Attempt to replicate platform architecture or workflows
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARIA and STI USA, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities
- Business interruption
- Data loss caused by third-party systems
- Platform downtime or external integration failures
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARIA, STI USA, LLC, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:
- You
- r use of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of services
- Violation of third-party rights
- Content or data uploaded through your account

12.
Account Suspension & Termination
ARIA may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account presents security risks
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Required payments remain unpaid
- Use of the platform harms other users or systems
You may stop using ARIA and cancel your subscription at any time.

13.
Privacy & Security
Your use of ARIA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect account and operational data, including:
- Secure authentication systems
- Access controls
- Encrypted infrastructure where applicable
- Internal security monitoring
However, no platform can guarantee absolute security.

14.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of ARIA shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Connecticut, unless otherwise required by law.

Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically as the platform evolves, integrations expand, or legal requirements change.
When significant updates are made, we will revise the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
Continued use of ARIA after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
