About ARIA

We’re building the agency growth platform we wish we’d had.

ARIA was built for agencies and ecommerce operators who are tired of stitching together disconnected tools just to keep campaigns running. We created one unified platform for SEO, AI Search, ecommerce, reporting, collaboration, and execution, designed to help teams move faster with less operational chaos.

Why ARIA Exists

Every digital agency eventually runs into the same problem: too many tools, too little integration.

You pay for one platform for SEO, another for ecommerce, another for reporting, another for automation, and several more to fill the gaps in between. None of them truly work together. Teams spend hours exporting reports, switching dashboards, reviewing disconnected data, and manually deciding what needs attention next.

At the same time, the way customers discover brands is changing rapidly.

People are no longer searching only on Google. They’re discovering products through Amazon, ChatGPT, Gemini, Shopify, YouTube, TikTok, and AI-generated recommendations. Most agency software was never built for that reality.

We built ARIA to solve both problems.

One platform. Connected workflows. Shared context across SEO, AI Search, ecommerce, reporting, proposals, and operational execution.

The founder story

I'm Tanveer Khan. I've spent the last 24 years untangling fragmented systems for some of the largest companies in the world, and the last two building the platform I wish those companies had had.

From 2000 through 2024, I worked with Fortune 500 enterprises. The work always had the same shape: a brilliant team was drowning in disconnected tools, manual reporting, and processes that nobody had time to fix. My job was to come in, find the seams between the systems, and rebuild the operation so the team could actually do the work they were hired to do. The numbers stayed remarkably consistent across industries; 23 to 35 percent of effort was lost to fragmentation. Same problem, different logos.

The moment that started ARIA happened when I was working at one of the top consulting firms, working with their sharp, talented marketing team — campaigns, digital, content, analytics, and the full operation. They had a budget. They had skills. And they were stuck.

Every campaign required pulling data from a different platform. Every report took hours of manual stitching. Executing across channels demanded so many separate skill sets that nothing produced a unified outcome. They weren't bad at marketing. The tools were bad at working together.

I left the firm in 2024 and started Tajaret to consult on the same problem for smaller businesses. That's when I saw the harder version of it.

Enterprise marketing teams have budgets to throw at fragmentation. They hire integrators, build internal tools, and absorb inefficiency as a cost of doing business. Small agencies don't have that luxury.

They pay for Semrush, Ahrefs, Search Atlas, Helium 10, and several other tools, and the agency owner ends up doing the integration work themselves — usually on Sunday nights, inside spreadsheets. The fragmentation that costs an enterprise 35 percent of efficiency costs a small agency the difference between scaling and stalling.

I spent a year researching the market and building ARIA from scratch.

ARIA combines automation, Search Everywhere Optimization, AI search visibility tracking, ecommerce workflows, Amazon optimization, reporting systems, operational execution, and integrated growth modules into one connected platform — designed to do for digital agencies and solo ecommerce operators what enterprise transformation programs do for Fortune 500 companies, but at a price agencies can actually afford and a complexity they can actually manage.

I'm still hands-on with every product decision. I know what fragmentation costs because I've measured it across 24 years. ARIA is what I learned, applied to the people who need it most.

What We Believe

We believe modern marketing platforms should help teams execute, not just generate more dashboards and complexity. ARIA was built for agencies managing real client workflows across SEO, AI Search, ecommerce, reporting, and operational delivery. We value transparency over hype, real workflows over polished marketing claims, and connected systems over fragmented tool stacks. Instead of trying to become everything, we focus on helping agencies identify opportunities, move faster, and execute with more clarity across every major discovery channel. Client experience also matters deeply to us, which is why white-label reporting and operational visibility are built into the platform from the start.

Features

How ARIA Works

Everything inside ARIA is designed to help agencies identify opportunities faster, reduce operational overhead, and execute campaigns without switching between disconnected systems.

We intentionally operate as a focused, lean team. Our goal is not to become a bloated enterprise software company. Our goal is to build software that helps agencies execute better, faster, and with less operational complexity.

Where We’re Going

ARIA launches publicly in July 2026 with integrated modules covering SEO, AI Search visibility, ecommerce optimization, Amazon workflows, reporting, proposals, content systems, and operational execution.

But this is only the beginning.

The roadmap is shaped directly by the agencies and operators using the platform every day. Every workflow bottleneck, integration request, operational challenge, and customer conversation helps shape what ARIA becomes next.

We believe the future of marketing software is not more disconnected tools.

It’s fewer systems working together intelligently.

That’s the future we’re building toward.
